If you break any of the rules above your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the AO. You will be BANNED from any other Milsimevent game and have your picture posted in the banned section of our forum.
Risk
- Milsimevent can not be held accountable for lost or broken personal items during the event.
- Milsimevent will not be accountable for theft, personal injury or disease that occurs during or after the event.
- Any crimes committed in the game area should be brought to game administration (CIA or UN) by the participant.
Vehicles in the AO are not to be driven unless otherwise noted.

Age Limitations
- Ages 18 and Up: No Restrictions
- Ages 15, 16 and 17:
Parent must be present at DDay Adventure Park.
Does not have to be in the field with the Minor Child.
- Ages 13 and 14:
Parent must be present in the field, with the minor child the ENTIRE time.
No other arrangement, battle buddies for the entire weekend, Period, no exceptions.
- Ages 12 and Under are not permitted to play.
Minors or players that look like minors (under 18 years old) will have to present a form of ID to prove the attendee's age when requested. No Proof, NO PLAY.
Under Age participants must have your insurance in order and bring the relevant papers in case you need to seek medical attention at an Oklahoma hospital.
Uniforms
You acknowledge the uniform requirement of the team you choose and understand that failure to comply will result in not playing until the infraction is resolved.
Game Play
Milsimevent cannot promise any certain levels of action or fun during our events; we only provide the platform, story and logistics for the game. It is on your own responsibility to make the game fun for yourself. You agree that if you feel lost in a situation, you will ASK your chain of command what is needed to complete the scenario set in each evolution.
Photo Release
We occasionally use photos of our event Participants in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, logo or trademark in such material. You are entering this event with the full knowledge of having your event activities documented by visual media and that you give the event management and production crew permission to use your image and likeness in a video/DVD documentary, YouTube Video and Digital Pictures.
Indemnification
Participant assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Milsimevent, DDay Adventure Park and Claymore-Frosty Productions, event sponsors, event VIPs, fellow event Participants, event venue management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the event premises.
The Participant plays this event with the full knowledge of the event of Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death. The Participant therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Milsimevent, event sponsors, event VIPs, and fellow event Participants, event venue management/ownership and their respective employees harmless against any claims arising from any loss suffered by the Participant. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are required to specify the condition in the application form notes section. Participants with prior heart problems, asthma, obesity and/or any other medical conditions that would prevent the Participant from strenuous activities should not take part in this event.
